Who can place an order?
Checkout is limited to customers aged 18 or older who acknowledge the research-use terms. Products are not intended for human consumption.
Are products medical treatments or dosing recommendations?
No. OPTYR FORM does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing guidance. Product pages use research-use language only.
How do I explore catalogue options?
Browse by category, view curated programs, build a custom stack, or use the short questionnaire for category-level starting points. The questionnaire is not a medical recommendation.
How does volume pricing work?
Orders of 1-2 vials receive regular pricing. Orders of 3-4 vials receive 15% off, 5-7 vials receive 25% off, and 8 or more vials receive 30% off. The discount is calculated from the vial count in your cart.
How does shipping work?
Delivery is currently available in Metro Manila only. Standard shipping is ₱350 for orders of 1-3 vials and free for orders of 4 or more vials. Delivery is expected within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Same-day delivery may be offered when available.
How does QRPH payment work?
After you submit checkout details and the required acknowledgements, OPTYR reserves the order and shows the QRPH code with the exact total. Pay that amount, then upload your receipt for review. A receipt upload does not confirm payment on its own.
Do I need an account to check out?
No. You can browse and complete manual QRPH checkout without creating a password. Account access is optional and is not required to place an order.
Where can I find product-specific information?
Each product page lists the product name, concentration, and any quality or documentation notes OPTYR has made available. Batch-level documentation is referenced only where available.
Can I request a Certificate of Analysis or other product documentation?
Yes. Email OPTYR with the item name, concentration, and, if relevant, your order number. Manufacturer or provider documentation may be available for selected items, but availability varies by source, item, concentration, and received batch. Any document is shared as issued by its provider or manufacturer. It is not an OPTYR-issued certificate, independent OPTYR test, stock reservation, or medical guidance.
