Terms
Order, payment-review, and research-use conditions for the OPTYR FORM website.
Research use
Products are offered for research use only. Website content is catalogue and measurement information and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, or a dosing recommendation.
Manual QRPH payments
An order remains pending until OPTYR verifies cleared funds in the receiving account. Uploading a screenshot or receipt does not itself confirm payment. The exact order total and a verifiable bank transaction reference may be required.
Inventory reservations
Stock may be held temporarily while payment is pending or under review. An unpaid reservation may expire or be cancelled, after which the items may return to available inventory.
Order review
OPTYR may contact the customer for clarification, reject an unverifiable receipt, cancel duplicate or unsupported orders, or hold fulfillment when customer or delivery information is incomplete.
Customer cancellations
Customers may request cancellation while an order has not yet been shipped. Once a payment proof has been submitted and the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Delivery coverage and timing
Delivery is currently available in Metro Manila only. Standard delivery is expected within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Same-day delivery may be offered when available and confirmed during order review.
Stock availability and refunds
If OPTYR cannot fulfill a paid order because stock is unavailable, the customer may choose a refund or, if they agree, an extension while stock becomes available again.
Delivery concerns
Reports of damaged, missing, or incorrect orders are reviewed by OPTYR personnel. Based on the assessment, OPTYR may request that an item be returned, issue a refund, or arrange a replacement.
Pricing
The price shown in the final order summary controls that order. Volume and affiliate discounts are calculated and stored with the order when it is created.
