How OPTYR FORM handles customer, order, and manual-payment information.
Information collected
We collect the contact, delivery, order, and support information you provide. For manual QRPH payments, we also collect the receipt file, sender name, and reference information you submit. When you contact OPTYR through Telegram, we may record basic contact and support-queue details so a team member can respond. Do not send payment receipts or sensitive documents through chat.
How it is used
Information is used to create and fulfill orders, verify payments, manage inventory, provide customer support, maintain customer order history, prevent misuse, and maintain required business records. Order history helps OPTYR provide better service and respond to future catalogue requests. A receipt upload is reviewed only for payment and order administration.
Storage and access
Payment receipts are stored privately and are available only to approved OPTYR operations administrators through time-limited access links. Administrative actions and inventory changes may be logged for accountability.
Sharing
OPTYR does not sell customer information or share it with unrelated organizations. Information may be handled by service providers that support OPTYR's order, hosting, payment-proof storage, or delivery operations, only when needed to serve the customer or operate OPTYR.
Retention
We retain customer profiles and order history while the customer relationship is active. Profiles with no order or support activity are reviewed after three years, and nonessential profile information may then be deleted or anonymized unless a legitimate need remains. Orders, invoices, payment references, and payment proofs are retained for ten years after the relevant taxable year, or longer when needed for a dispute, refund, or legal obligation. When records are no longer required, they are securely deleted or anonymized.
Local device data
The site uses local storage for cart state and research-use acknowledgement. Clearing browser data may remove this local information.
Requests and contact
Customers may email ops@optyrform.com to request access to or correction of their information. Requests are subject to identity verification and records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
